I guess I'm crazy, then. In all seriousness though, the whole book is a very interesting read. There are interviews with people like Uchikoshi Kotaro and ZUN, as well as more generally well known people like Inafune Keiji… I bought the book for the interviews with the handful of developers I know, but actually the whole book is a fascinating insight into the Japanese games industry.

Also, the book is $42 on Amazon now, and that price may well go down, so it might be worth at least keeping an eye on it:
