So, back when I babysat my cousin, sometimes the topic of weight would come up, and I'd tell her that she's not fat (she weighs like 90 pounds or something and she's 10), and she'd insist that she was fat because she weighed more than her brother, who was horridly skinny. So, I'd tell her that she wouldn't be fat until she was overweight like me (190, 5'11"), and she'd try to tell me that I'm not overweight.

So, I'd lift up her shirt, and rub her stomach, squeeze, tickle her, etc, and say that her stomach is perfectly normal. It was awesome, because I could grope her lovely DFC as well, and it would come off as completely innocent and unintended, and she wouldn't even bat an eyelid. One time her pants were loose enough that they fell a bit, and I started playing with the elastic band on her panties. That time　she started to cry and stopped me, though.
