well I was only speculating, there's no actual evidence for an early termination. a more likely (if we give Madonna the benefit of the doubt) situation was that her contract was only for 18 months or whatever and they didn't want to renew it like they might do for their more popular actresses. That being said, Yuko Shiraki isn't a Madonna exclusive either now and i think she was popular (or more palatable for a wider audience, at least) so it's hard to tell what their company approach is

It's honestly a shame that Rin seems so mopey nowadays, those early Madonna titles were amazing. Even her smile seems forced nowadays

Yeah that's also true, i don't actually mind her weight gain either, it's the overall feel of just caring less that's sad. Good for Yumi though
