hooray I get to pimp Shikkoku no Sharnoth again.

There is sex but it's not the main focus of the story, and what romance there is doesn't go much beyond ship tease level. Besides that it's a great, compelling game with a huge likeable cast and atmosphere for days. One of my personal favorites.

Sona-Nyl and Gakthun also fit the bill.
