Emrakul, Stifle, Animate Dead and two lands which produce U and B in some way (Island + Swamp works, any UB dual land plus any other land will also work, doesn't need to be untapped on turn 1).

Turn 1: Play land that produces at least U.
Turn 2: Do nothing. Discard Emrakul (as you started with 7 - one land + draw this turn), Stifle its trigger.
Turn 3: Play the other land to make sure you have 1B. Animate Dead the Emrakul.

That's the simplest (though not most efficient) way to do it. The Emrakul could also be replaced with an Entomb, in which case you just Entomb before your turn 3 and Stifle the trigger.

If you don't have Stifle or any other such effect, you could also just reanimate it at instant speed using a card like Coffin Queen or Nighteyes the Desecrator (flipside of Nezumi Graverobber), before its anti-reanimation ability resolves. The only things the ability prevents is easy reanimation and being milled. If you put any effort into it, reanimating him is trivial.

(Note that Emrakul's ability differs significantly from, say, Progenitus's, being a triggered ability (when ~ is put into a graveyard) instead of a replacement effect (if ~ would be put into a graveyard). Creatures with the latter really are impossible to reanimate.)
