Dola has talked extensively about lewds and as I recall was one of if not the first "corporate chuuba" to actively tell people she wanted to buy lewd doujins of herself rather than just side-eyeing it or having a sensitive/R18 tag, and to @ her if artists made them, but I could be wrong on if she was the first since it's been a very long time. Though I'm 90% sure she did it before Mito, which is ironic as Mito's also an advocate for that now. Doesn't really answer your question about eroge's directly but for reference she also knows Iwara exists, and I have a hard time imagining someone knowing about that site without having played more than a few nukige's let alone eroge's.
