It's not that expensive. Like, JP¥5000/5500, that is, under US$50, at least for the previous version, which is the one I knew from variety. Pic related. It's at GB£50 and 55€ for japanese import in ebay.

The version Shiro wants appears to be out of stock everywhere though.
