That guy shouldn't be a problem if you're using Reisen. Just buff/debuff everyone and start raping them with Reisen's perma/variety slayers. I didn't even know they could heal to be honest. Also, you should watch out for its void AoE spell once it gets to low HP. Having Alice covering your party can pretty much ensure your victory over this one, though it is possible to kill him before he gets a chance to use it.
