They will love you if you're friendly with them. This will take like 2-3 years tho. The only real way to avoid it is to bite za dusto - a "reset", NG+ kinda thing. Or you can periodically cheat their favorability and lust down, if you want to keep your kids and relationship.
You can mostly avoid getting raped if you use the option that makes a 2hu compare her combat stat to yours.
But DO NOT trust the ta*uki if you ever come across a group of them.
