there is nothing wrong with touhou characters appearing in other franchises.
Touhou can't be more normie than he already is. Reimu and Marisa already appear in games like pop n 'music and nobody in Japan is complicated by that. only those from the west complain that "touhou is becoming normie" while at the same time they keep putting cirno memes everywhere.
