Many Goddesses and Nymphs have extra-martial affairs, so she probably could if she really wanted too, but her potential partners would be too many, mostly because she is the only Titan not imprisoned for eternity in Tartarus, probably has to be a virgin to continue to protect liminal spaces (part of Artemis' deal about being the patron of the wilderness is her virginity), or that no one wants to be polluted by consorting with a Goddess that takes the dead/bad vibes/evil spirits to and from the underworld
