Well they are nowhere Priest or Maiden level. Atleast not yet. But there aren't many metal bands that can do an arena tour like Sabaton is doing so I would say they are like one tier below the heavy hitters you mentioned but still really big. They are especially big in the central Europe and ofcourse in the northern Europe. I think one reason they don't feel that huge yet is that as far as I know they are not that big in the US. (here's a Su gif so my post is not completely off topic)
