By 'them' I mean the final phase. I used another team for the first two phases.

As for actually doing damage with Youmu during their final phase, craft her the Doujigiri Yasutsuna first. Make sure the light/dark land has at least a single point in dark. A single point in light can fuck you over, since the boss can fill its land if it's active. Buff Youmu with Byakuren's ATK up and make her element dark via Byakuren's buffs, too. Use the Manussya Stance and start ripping them to shreds with Slash of the Present. Alternatively, you can use her Satellite Slash.

You can also debuff the final phase's def, but I'm pretty sure that won't last very long. They have a passive skill that's similar to Sanae and Reimu, which removes harmful statuses by the end of the turn.
