Simple, just punched in a delivery address and payed through paypal.

They ship through UPS, at least if you order something in stock, and from my experience you'll get it within a week if you're ordering something in stock.

They don't have all the newest tech or the customization options other vendors have when placing an order, it's very what you see is what you get unless you go for their full on custom option but I haven't done that and dont know anyone that has
The other anon mentioned the dolls looking very different from the promo pics but that hasn't been my experience so far.
For example I have this one so you can compare the promo pics with my shitty cellphone pics with bad lighting, in person the doll is in between the two.
