My guess is that the ending is going to be somewhat similar, unless Tomato extends it past Sotsu's ending point. The main difference would be how Satoko and Rika reach that point and what their thoughts are.

Going by what we have of Meguri right now, Satoko probably has to figure out a set of actions that lead to Satoshi's recovery instead of it just randomly happening in the good end. And no other random accidents. The question is how Tomato is going to tie Gou into this. Will Eua just tell Satoko that the queen carrier wanting to leave Hinamizawa is why everything's goes sideways?
