Sakuya comes from a long line of families who have served the Scarlet's. Her father was once Remilia's head butler, until he retired to raise his family. Shit happens, he and his wife buy it, but before he died, he sent a loli Sakuya to Remilia. Remi took her in and raised her to become her head maid, continuing her family's proud tradition.

Oh, and Sakuya's father looked exactly like Robert Patrick in Terminator 2.

Alice and Sakuya should just switch fanon personalities at this point. They'd at least be a bit closer to canon.
