Here's the running chart in image form for ease of use.

The way I did it was to get a good pair of over-ear headphones and hook them up to a portable media player, then create a playlist of music consisting of tracks in equal length to the jogging and walking time periods. So for the first week, my playlist consisted of a 1-minute song followed by a 1m30s song, repeated 8 times. Much better than fiddling with a stopwatch or anything.

If you advanced to a new week and find yourself unable to keep up with it, just repeat the previous week over again, don't get discouraged.
