Actually there's TOO much stuff to mention, there's a ''Boneka'' (puppet) excel file and a Readme that comes with the rom if you download it from the author's website, you should read all of the Readme at least.

IIRC, some of the terrain in Hoenn has been changed and some of it has been added. There's also a crapload of ''legendaries'' due to the 3 countries' number of legendary places/new secret places added by the author. He also made the normally-Nintendo-event areas accesible.
