Things he should work on:

Hands: Unique artstyle, but that hands keep people away.

Pacing: Everything besides RGD has shit pacing.

Lack of cgs: Important scenes need cgs instead of a blank screen with white text.

Condensing: Not everything needs multiple games or 4+ releases.

Guest artists: If he's going to have guest character designers they could at least be talented. The designs in RGD don't fit the setting very well nor do the backgrounds.
