It was indeed a terrible game but do you concede the fact that Xenosaga's plot was thousands of times better than [insert generic JRPG]. Xenosaga and Xenogears are the only two plots in gaming that I would rank up there with the Metal Gear series. Chrono Trigger, Final Fantasy, Star Ocean, and Dragon Quest's plots seem childish in comparison. Even if you didn't like Xenosaga's plot, you cant deny its complexity.
