From what I saw from the alpha there was a lot of content already there and adding another year of development on top of that is going to be insane. If you check the changelog you'll see there's a steady pace of additions constantly - ylvapedia.wiki/wiki/Elin:Changelog

For modding it seems to be easier and include Steam Workshop integration. But how many mods are made will depend on how big the game and the modding community gets. There's some Japanese info and guidesp at ylvapedia.wiki/wiki/Elin:Modding

Overall, I'd say things are looking very positive.

Tempted to convert to Omake. Convince me.

How do you guys stay interested once things break down in to plain grind cycles?

Errors? Set the compatibility of the .exe to Windows 7.

Using GIMP to create a sprite or PCC? Select "do not write color space" and save it as a 24-bit BMP.

Ok, I now have a ranch and a fairy I captured from a mysterious diary, and I have a couple of questions.

How long does it take a fairy to produce offspring? Their breed power isn't that bad from the looks of the wiki breeding chart.

Does each fairy on my ranch count towards my total number of pets? Or is it only the breeder that counts.

Is there a limit to how much innate magic resistance you can get from eating fairy corpses? Because that is the main reason I have been planning this slaughter farm.

Elona has made me completely lose interest in video games as a whole. no other game has ever given me the same sense of wonder and freedom as Elona and the expansions.
i just wish it was more popular and had a bigger mod-community. i would love to see more custom races and content.

by the way, some years ago, some guy called jdestroy or something decided to port the game into Java. does anyone know how the project is going?
