It seems you've already arrived at an answer, but I'll add my two cents.

Amazon's shipping is exorbitant. 2700yen plus an additional 300 for each item is not particularly attractive. They don't pack the items particularly well (use a big box, leave it half-empty) so the box always arrives in horrible condition. Generally I order magazines, so that's not a problem, but when I've ordered CDs, this has resulted in the jewel cases arriving cracked (at least it wasn't the CD, but still). I've also had a few annoying problems with the company that handles their shipments in Canada, but that shouldn't affect you.

bk1 is what I normally use. SAL is reasonable, and my items usually get to me promptly. They pack the items well, and are forever sending me little coupons for 300 or 500 yen off. I've never had a problem with them.

Stealing slowly is preferred here.
