Apparently this was done because it's easy to transfer from fandom to Miraheze, but if you read the fine print:

tl;dr, no loli or anything that looks like loli. Miraheze is a trap. Unlike fandom, it's likely to be taken down with no warning whatsoever.

Somewhere in Eastern Europe I think, but the country isn't the actual problem. In most states in the US, loli is legal. The problem is the websites that host the wiki content, in the case of Fandom was a matter of wanting to please their banks and advertisers, and in the case of Miraheze is going to be just flat out "it's illegal here, lol".

Someone please fucking contact Ochiverde and tell him this is a horrible idea. The dude needs to do basic research.
