I currently do:
front: Kanji
Back: Kanji, picture with meaning I associate with the character, meanings of the kanji, example word with furigana.
Goal: Recall the meaning of the character.
Current answer time: 4.2sec, but I'm pretty new into the deck.
Pic related (back of card). It can be really funny sometimes.
