Yeah... nah, not a fan. I do like Circus and, to a lesser extent, Crusher, though.

Well firstly, platinum blonde is just a kind of blonde hair, like strawberry blonde or dirty blonde. It's not really overly specific like the shade names you listed. And secondly, while I get that you were trying to mock the guy, by listing those specific shade names you've successfully conveyed the exact color you're talking about. So there's probably something to it. Food for thought.

I do agree with the platinum blonde assessment, though a lot of art gives it a soft pink hue. There's not a name for that; not that I know of anyway.

I don't know, but I find it weirdly erotic.

I feel like there are ways of knowing for sure though, but they're difficult or time consuming. Like I could upload a couple albums and if they get adfly links attached to them then I'll know it's being added after the fact, and is probably in some capacity being used on web costs, even if indirectly.

And if not... well, then I want a word with the anon who's been trying to make money off my album rips that I provided for free. Because that's not cool.

At that point you don't even have a waifu, you have an imaginary friend. One that you injected into a particular body that pleased you. And that is nuts. Unless that's your fetish, in which case it is slightly less nuts. But still nuts.

I wish they did have canon personalities. That would at least legitimize some of the waifuing, but as it is, it just strikes me as pure physical attraction being fired at with a heavy artillery headcanon.

>implying being in love with any fictional character doesn't already make you crazy to begin with
Art imitates life, and some fictional characters are very well fleshed out; usually those in lengthy visual novels. You can really get a feel for what makes them tick when the author is good. I would take a fictional girl who seems real, flaws and all, over a "please inject personality" build-a-bot any day.

Don't get me wrong, she's cute as shit. I love Miku merch as much the next guy. But come on. You aren't actually in love with her. There's nothing there to be in love with. You love the imaginary perfect girl in your head that you want Miku to be.

I forget there's a waifu culture too. I'm in it for the music so I just jumped to that. Sorry.
