I've played a bunch of those and am really not seeing it. The only one I remember from "recent" games is already a good year old. Games usually don't go this far, not like this was even that far to begin with.

Thing is, even with all of this, it's still usually acknowledged but kept at that. How many eroge heroines can you name that actually tried dating someone before the MC, and it just not working out? No massive drama, just not working out. Still a virgin, too. That's nothing weird, and completely normal for girls if they are interested in that stuff. On the other hand, how many can you name that got confessed to a ton of times, but rejected all of them, till MC came?


Heroines are still extremely "idealized" on the purity factor. Yes, it changed a little, with them getting more lewd, but I think that's also because especially moege get closer to nukige these days.
