Their purpose is to attract fortune AND clients, but she didn't finish her training and her ability is incomplete. She can only attract fortune and repel clients or vice versa. Which makes no sense, because who the fuck needs clients if you can have fortune without them?

So the stage 2 and 3 are reusing existing youkai and design (a green kappa and another Nemuno with Yorihime face + plain design), though I guess it makes sense with the context.
Still, I'm not saying 2hu is reclining but they gotta be pretty underwhelming design-wise, even below HSiFS first three stages, but perhaps they can be salvaged with their lore, in their bio or in-game plot.
So far the lucky cat is the only one with enough originality.
