Since it would be a only a matter of time, I tell you guys the truth

Culprits are George, Jessica and Hideyoshi.

Motive: George didn't want to marry the girl Eva arranged for him. He wanted to be free from the poisonous Ushiromiya family.

Jessica was jealous of Lion because her parents always preferred him/her over Jessica. She teams up with George to get rid of the family and to make Lion suffer as much as possible.

George begged and cried to Hideyoshi to help them because he overheard the two of them planning out the murders. After a long while, he took pity on his son and decided to help him with one condition - Eva is spared.

First Twilight:
Hideyoshi killed Natsuhi, Kyrie, Gohda, Kumasawa and Maria. George then killed him because he didn't plan on keeping the promise that Eva will be spared.

Second Twilight
George killed Rudolf and Battler who went to Rudolf's room in the guesthouse. Battler suspected that Jessica and George are the killers because he woke up at night and he was the only one in the cousins' room during that time. George then moved Battler's body. One arm was left behind to make the others believe that Battler only faked his own death.

4th and 5th Twilight
Jessica poisoned Krauss and then killed Rosa by hanging.

6th Twilight
Jessica killed Nanjo.

7th and 8th Twilight
George killed Eva and then faked his own death. Since Lion didn't examine their corpses, George was able to get away with it.
