I think this video is a good pick to show her charms, even if it's a bit long.
As you can appreciate, Ai-chan is very very cute; her model is cute, her voice is cute, her laugh is cute and her expressions are cute. Especially her eyes, you can notice them look around througout the whole video. She's also very expressive, all her face, voice and body language.
She's also a bit loud and overall quite natural, despite playing a character all the time. It really shows on the second call, in particular when she goes "sleep well, faggot" at the end. She gets mad easily and she's no stranger to cursing, but coming from her it sounds cute as well. Her kansai-ben is cute too. Also the way she asks the guy that knew her if he liked her was very cute and then she realizes it's an embarassing thing to ask so she asks again in a joking manner.
The editing is also pretty good and Ai-chan is a very hard worker, she's probably among the most persistent Vtubers. Ai-chan getting bullied is cute too.
Also when she leans back you can notice she has pretty big breasts, most seem to miss this but she's got a 85cm bust on a 156cm frame and that's around an E-cup.

That example came out a bit long but you can do a better one. Also on a slightly unrelated note, I always thought that Tsuki-chan sounded like she was doing a Mickey impression rather than an Ai-chan one.
