Edited from HF: Each of the 6 members in Tomo's gang has their own curse, break the rule and you're dead. These is what they can't do.

Tomo : being honest (so he must make lies, all of his life as a girl)
Rui : make promise for the future
Akaneko : touch people
Iyo : speak her own name and identity
Koyori : explore new places with her own hands (i.e. not able to open doors to places she has never been to).
Atori: request help from anybody.

However the curse gave inhumane powers in return like supernatural strength, high speed, mind reading etc.
