It loads up automatically when you go to easymodo/4chan/suptg, placing links for iqdb, saucenao, and tineye at the end of the image information line. Just click on one of the links and it'll check the image on one of the sites to see if there's a match. iqdb does the *boorus, saucenao does pixiv, and tineye does more obscure places.
