You can also figure out what Ryukishi would have done with it. It's very prophetic. If you figure out how all the pieces come together, you see how some of the characters will die, who the traitors are and why, and how all the global events will occur with a lot of wiggle room for unpredictable events. The benefit of solving Ciconia is that you can see that it is Ryukishi culmination as a writer that thematically builds off Higurashi and Umineko. This is why I smugly dismiss most people talking about Higurashi and Umineko since, if they were the 1% of the audience that Ryukishi writes to, they would try to solve Ciconia as he claims he does. Yet they don't because he really should have a lower number than 1% of true fans.

>AOU the only faction that does factory births?
Africa Commonwealth Realm has factory birth and the prophetic machine that determines your talents according to your genes. They're less dystopian than the AOU, which also has the factory birth and prophetic machine because ACR has the royal family. COU and Abrahamic Brother Nations don't have factory births because they have parents, although ABN maybe has the prophetic machine since Stan was determined to be good at being both a doctor and a Gauntlet Knight.

>is it really solvable if there's no way to confirm the answer?
It is when you consider the most important fact: love is everything. That's the key to solve it.

>Ryukishi doesn't write things in a way where you can just read it and say "aha, I've got it."
Ciconia actually did make me go "aha, I got it." And I didn't really get that with Higurashi and Umineko because Ryukishi was writing it on the fly, so I consider that Ciconia is different. Admittedly, not everything can be explained, but a large majority of everything is solvable, like who the spies are, how the story will end, and what is the main theme of Ciconia.
