I think black eushully-chan's shop is proof they didn't give this game much love. Maybe this changes in the last couple of chapters, but right now the only upgrades I've been able to buy is just more storage room and that one +10 to backpack size upgrade. Every chapter seems to add another storage related upgrade, woopie!

Also her other shop hasn't changed one bit since she unlocked. I've been staring at those three items just wondering when something else will be added..
