Not really, no. It's just that a lot of BMfags are more casual lurkers and don't partake unless there's something BM-related to talk about. Threads were a lot more lively when the anniversary-stuff and the TV-show appearance happened. To be fair, it was more lively when @OneFive-stuff happened as well. Not saying no one left (the last few Fresh! episodes were barely talked about for some reason) but the "I'm leaving!!!!" meme is mostly just the usual suspect trying to spread misery.
