BaraKaren are the American space characters. Hence them following trump and such in their twitter video. I believe all the revealed characters in this top picture are the same as the ones in the American silhouettes.

I'm not sure if the company behind them are Chinese though. The Chinese site seems to be the only one filled with deep lore though so maybe it is a Chinese run operation.
