If you're deadset on rerolling, the best nonlim UR to have is one of these. Free Two SP refills. It makes life easier but just in stages you can cheese. Even if you will miss the Great hit achievement.

The first thing you want to try doing is the tower (4th choice) If you've maxed out their UR levels (not sure if they give some or not). It should be worth doing because clearing a floor gives a Limited UR ticket. It also gives 25 coins per floor where 50 gives you can trade for another limited UR ticket.

I can't remember if the first 3 floors are hard but I guess you can try it. 4th floor is the maximum for me so I think it should be fine?

Weapons help but they are a money sink so don't bother too much.
