Reisen does damage and disables a ton with Tewi buff.
Yuyuko captures enemies and charms them onto your side, of course frequency increases with Tewi.
Eirin heals charmed units (naturally they won't heal, but with Eirin they will) and also randomly instakills, which is of course buffed by Tewi.

Eventually you end up with hundreds of captured full health enemies, while enemies spawn and struggle to do anything between the confusion and evasion. It gets truly messed up when you start capturing bosses.
