He was experimenting with the effectiveness of blessed curaria, which doesn't just add stats, it also recovers potential. For a pet this effectively keeps their potentials at 400% while steadily boosting their stats up. When it's kumiromi (or inari) blessed, it hits every core stat.

So he dominated a little girl, sent her out into the wilds after tossing 1k kumiromi curarias into her backpack, and cast his Hero spell on her. His Hero spell lasts for 80k turns, adds 10k to str and dex. Then he set her loose into the wild, went into his time machine for 10 minutes (about 1 year in game time)

She came back with a +295 pair of boots and ate 97 curaria. Net increase in 50 in all stats. 30k turns of Hero used.

Literally the most terrifying Isekai story. Some rando Japanese man shows up, mind controls you, and turns you into the strongest little girl known to the world. Then he tells you to "DO THING" while he disappears off into his shelter.
