Really? I've only ever did Reimu+Spring and the final spellcard did feel ridiculously tough compared to the rest of the game.

The first few waves should be easy to dodge as they're static iirc, but as more are fired you should have some sort of weaving pattern to go into the rings then out.
Some of the later rings are aimed and expand/contract much faster, which makes it difficult to exit/enter if you're in an existing ring. I might've captured it once, but mostly die when her health is about 20% remaining.
