DHL handles my Amazon deliveries too, but they're not the problem. I don't think the packages are being treated too badly, just that they're not sufficiently secured. Shit like this doesn't happen with other stores.
Last time I ordered from Amazon they just threw the items in a not-so-sturdy cardboard envelope without any padding, resulting in a cracked CD case and massacred corners of a book. I'm not asking for CDJapan or AmiAmi levels of packaging, but at least some bubble wrap or padding would be nice.
