Pretty much all the slimes except shoggoth. Goblins and hobgoblins as well.

Note that "simple" doesn't necessarily equate to dumb. Goblins are noted for being a bit clever, but are still referred to as being simple because they think about things in childish ways.

Not to mention he'd probably want an MGE OVA to be higher quality than that one MGQ got, making it even more expensive.

Personally I think him making some kind of game is a lot more likely than an OVA, since he has shown interest in making an MGE game.

Hasn't done any for an actual profile yet, but he has shown he does have more updated art of some girls, including the red and blue slimes that he has already updated once.

At present these arts are nothing but teaser images for a game that's in the far future and that KC may never actually make.

Depends what system you're under. In most settings, they probably are, but in MGE at least all monsters are metaphysically, magically forced to be female, even if they were supposed to be hermaphroditic or asexual under previous Demon Lords.
Can't remember how Ilias designed monsters in MGQ, but I have vague recollections that there was something similar afoot there too.
