It goes inside and atop Water Reserve as a whole ton of weak people stream outwards, I use a skill that freezes time on a spot, slashes them up and turns them into souls like tiny white clawmarks in the air around me that permanently increase my damage. I'm fight the dragon all the way over to Pontiff arena, he's in a human form that looks like a big buff rotund old guy with closed eyes so I say "hey, he's like Brock with those eyes" and the dragon, likely Ryujin who's probably only fighting me because my dreams says he's become corrupted too, laughingly says he doesn't mind that comparison. He turns back into a dragon as we both use our ultimate, mine being dragon based, I stop time and gain a shit ton of attack speed so I slash the hell out of Ryujin until he's almost dead, while Ryujin's was a golden turtle buff that made him invulnerable, a guy said I wasted my ultimate but I seemed to get it off before he became invulnerable, I did waste the attack speed buff that lingers on after the timestop though. I pointed out that my permanent damage buff was gone and someone said I used it up. During this dream I think me and Ryujin were basically becoming one in our fight, and also something was said about "blue and gold" referring to Lapis Lazuli which has streaks of gold-like pyrite and also represents Ryujin.
