I have one, I just didn't use it since I as writing it the afterwards decided to make a couple appear more often, and as the comment says I'm going to chuck this into loliscript later so re-writing it to use the weighted one would've taken longer.

In C++ at least. I don't have a weighted choose exported to loliscript (yet). There, I wrote one just for you for when that happens. Happy? The ProportionList thing was what I already had in C++, and could've used in that code you were talking about.
