Choco did two 12-hour streams back to back (this was the thing Coco specifically called out), in which the significant majority of that time (without exaggeration) was spent just grinding levels for her dinosaurs in a couple locations. One of those streams had her just running back and forth across a shallow creek killing dozens of fish with tailswipes for several hours straight. I had that stream on in the background, totally forgot it was on until I was suddenly startled hearing Choco squeal "it's sooo fuuun" because she hadn't said a damn thing beyond mumbling to herself for so long.

Aki does a lot of off-stream playing not only because she enjoys ARK, but also because Aki is grinding out periods of excessive harvesting and setting up outposts around the islands rather than have that kind of downtime on stream, also looking up and studying tricks with all the aspects of the game. When she streams, Aki does some prep at one of her bases, then heads out to explore and hunt down monsters. Like two days ago, Aki was using a new construction trap to capture a bunch of these Snow Owls. A lot of that play time is unironically background work to make Aki's ARK streams more fun to watch.

Both Aki and Choco play it a lot to help the others in ARK as well. Aki has many streams specifically dedicated to gathering and building up the gear and tamed creatures they used in the Alpha Rockwell boss raid. Choco's long ARK streams too were part of getting new generations of Spinos to max level in order to use in the Rockwell fight.
