I like to pretend that it'll be Gura because Gura, being the most "childish" EN, is inherently the most "vulnerable". Ergo, the tragedy of her situation would hit even harder.
That said yeah realistically Ina is probably the least likely to retire. Most likely is Mori, I love her but I think she'd choose her passions over hololive if it came to it.
