The three shows now are The Girls Live, Upcoming, and Hello!Station. Links for those shows are usually in the OP.
Wouldn't recommend The Girls Live unless someone you really like is featured. It's dull.
Upcoming is an online show. It's quite dry and features many other Upfront artists so it may not interest you. If you like seeing performances it may be worth watching though.
Hello!Station is probably the best of the three. It's also an online show, comes out on Wednesdays. It covers backstage/documentary footage and some other segments like the cooking corner and trainee introduction corner. It's alright.

If you want a little more personality try watching some recent DVD mags. Someone else here watches a lot so maybe they can recommend good ones.
