I can't call the petty teenagers pathetic pieces of shit, because that's unprofessional and unfair since they're puberty ridden adolescents. But this place full of grown men is a different story.

Just because your parents raised you in one of those "scolding someone doesn't work, only reinforce them positively" type mantras, I find calling a grown man out for being a piece of shit is more effective than trying to beat around the bush politely.
