Basically, yes. And what kind of things you put in your loli's room will affect how she grows up. Since personality is only ~50% based on genetics and is ~50% upbringing, I'll make that affect roughly half of it.

Hunger/thirst: Yes. I've got aa hunger and a thirst variable sitting around in the loli's class but I don't really do anything yet, but I will later.
