CA costs nearly double the amount of oil/ammo it takes to field 1 CL. 105 firepower still isn't enough to punch through (elite) BB armor, so the most they can do is clear trash mobs, but my Tenryu does that just as well with 80 firepower.
CA's stats are marginally better but with less utility.
