Not the guy you're asking, but those give a hidden speed bonus. I'm not actually sure if it's around 10 speed, or based on some percentage. It's decent though, especially combined with spirit cloth or ether for extra speed.

I did the second part of this sheet, and because I was losing motivation I didn't look over it very well. One thing I know I forgot was that when I used part of my main sheet, I left in the part that uses stairs replacements for mimics. So if someone actually wants to keep those, here are those stairs.
